Sindh Human Rights Commission, Government of Sindh entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Legal Aid Society on 27th August 2019 to collaborate on cases related to human rights and awareness-raising of the SLACC. Ms Abida Lodhi, Secretary SHRC and Justice (R) Nasir Aslam Zahid, Chairperson LAS signed the MOU. Justice Majida Razvi (Chairperson) Mr Muhammad Aslam Sheikh (Member Judicial-II) and Mr Zulfiqar Shah from SHRC and Justice Arif Hussain Khilji (Chief Legal Adviser), Mr Jamil Junejo (Manager, Community Engagement), Ms Maleeha Azhar (Program & M&E Manager LAS) and Ms Naima Qamar (Research Associate) from LAS were present on this occasion.
