Upon the directive of Chairperson Iqbal Ahmed Detho, Member Judicial-II, Sindh Human Rights Commission, Muhammad Aslam Shaikh, convened a meeting with SSP Khairpur on August 24, 2023, at the Khairpur SSP office.
The objective of this meeting was to conduct an inquiry into the murder case of Fatima Phuriro and record statements from the investigating officer, the complainant, and witnesses.
The aim is to consolidate the inquiry's findings and provide recommendations to the relevant authorities.
