Mr. Mohsin Sajjad, Law Consultant of Sindh Human Rights Commission Regional office Sukkur, under the direction of the Chairperson, Iqbal Ahmed Detho, along with the dedicated teams from Legal Aid Office (LAO) and Pakistan Legal United Society (PLUS), visited Shikarpur Jail, where Assistant Jail Superintendent provided a detailed briefing about the facilities available to the inmates and prisoners, as well as the problems they face.
This visit aimed to assist marginalized segments of society who require legal assistance and representation in court. Team has conducted interviews of convicted and under-trial prisoners who urgently required legal representation.
This effort underscores the commitment of Sindh Human Rights Commission to ensure justice prevail.
